Battery
Point Good neighborhoods, much like good neighbors, don’t

Harbor Island Only
fifteen minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, Harbor
Island is almost as tranquil and pristine today as it
was hundreds of years ago. Property owners share their
habitat with white-tailed deer, osprey, egrets, gulls
and porpoises. Harbor Island is a nesting site for
loggerhead turtles. Thiers is a world of sparkling
beaches, shady lagoons, and sun-kissed marshes. Smaller
and less commercial then nearby Fripp Island, Harbor has
a year-round population of only about 150, which rises
to 300 when the season peaks. Most of the residents are
here for the solitude and natural beauty, but the island

Island
of Beaufort The Islands of Beaufort is a private community
located along Battery Creek, just minutes from downtown
Beaufort, South Carolina. Surrounded by Lowcountry greenery,
